Fundraising Events

In June of 2022, we had the amazing opportunity to host our first annual Strawberry Shootout. We planned this event to take place during Grove City's yearly Strawberry Days festival where members of the community come together to buy and sell handcrafted goods, food, and more. We brought together 60+ young men and women for a charity basketball tournament that was an incredible success! We were able to raise money for our organization, give away backpacks to kiddos in the Grove City community, and enjoy a day of fierce competition!

Our very first official Dream Start Foundation event was a great success! Hosted at Ruckus Coffee Gallery and Café, we received donations for raffle baskets, 50/50, and more! We also had the opportunity to hear music from Emily Shannon and speak with members of the community interested in learning more about our foundation.
