Jennifer Marfisi -President
Jen Marfisi has an outstanding background working with youth. A Duquesne graduate with both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in education, Jen is both well respected in Pittsburgh's school districts and the community. Her years of experience teaching children provide valuable insight into their developmental needs. Jen currently works as a treatment coordinator for foster youth.
Spencer Marnich - Co Founder
Spencer Marnich Co-Founded the Dream Start Foundation with high aspirations to better the community. An education graduate of Point Park University, Spencer taught hands on in at Shaler Middle School before deciding to found the Dream Start Foundation.
Cole Barefoot - Co Founder
Cole Barefoot has a Bachelor's degree in business management and is getting his Master's degree in public relations from Point Park University. His business knowledge is invaluable to the technical side of running our organization, and he also acts as our head of marketing and public relations.
